How much does it cost?

A collection costs £3.99 regardless of how many parcels you have. You can optionally add parcel insurance for an additional £0.99.

What time slots can I book?

We offer four collection windows: Morning (8am–12pm), Afternoon (12pm–4pm), Evening (4pm–8pm), or Any time (8am–8pm). You can book for the next available day.

Which return carriers do you support?

We support all major UK carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel, and more. You can enter the details from your return label when booking.

What if I have multiple parcels?

You can add multiple parcels to a single booking. Each additional parcel is included in the same collection — no extra collection fee.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel a booking up to one hour before your chosen collection window begins. Cancellations after that point cannot be refunded.

What if my courier doesn't arrive?

If a courier doesn't collect within your time window, you'll receive a full refund automatically. We're working on improving coverage in all areas.

How do I pay?

We accept Apple Pay and all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe.

Where is Relay available?

Relay is currently available in London. We're expanding to more cities soon.

How do I become a Relay courier?

Download the Relay Courier app on iOS and create an account. Once approved, you can start browsing and claiming jobs immediately.

How much can I earn?

You earn £2.00 per collection job, plus £0.25 per parcel above 3. There's no cap on how many jobs you can take.

When do I get paid?

Earnings are paid out on a weekly basis to your registered bank account.

Do I need a vehicle?

No — most collections and drop-offs can be done on foot or by bike. You just need to be able to carry the parcel to your nearest post office.

How do I claim a job?

Open the Relay Courier app to see available jobs near you. Tap a job to view the details, then claim it if it suits you. Jobs are first-come, first-served.
